SYMPTOMS & CONCERNS
Are you struggling with any of these sleep concerns?
• You wake frequently during the night
• It takes too long to fall asleep
• You feel exhausted and want to sleep, but cannot settle
• Sleep becomes worse during periods of stress
• Your current sleep medication does not seem to help enough
• Medication side effects make you want to reduce or stop it
TREATMENT OPTIONS
Care designed around your sleep pattern.
Treatment is individualized after reviewing your sleep schedule, symptom duration, stress, medications, medical and mental-health history, and any prior sleep testing or treatment. Not every method is appropriate for every person.

Acupuncture & Electroacupuncture
Fine needles are placed at selected points with the goal of supporting relaxation and regulating heightened arousal that can interfere with sleep. Electroacupuncture adds a gentle current between needles. It is not simply a stronger or guaranteed version of acupuncture; intensity and point selection are adjusted to the individual.

Point Injection Therapy (PIT)
Injecting homeopathic remedies or vitamin preparations directly into acupoints or affected areas yields rapid therapeutic results. Similar to electroacupuncture, this is one of the methods used to maximize the efficacy of acupuncture.

Herbal Medicine
This doesn't work like a typical sleeping pill that puts you to sleep directly. However, you can safely take it with sleep medication, and over time, it helps improve your sleep quality so you can gradually taper off sleeping pills.
